Your question would have to apply to a 64-bit system because I don't think the 
installer would allow the 64-bit version of NetWorker to be installed on a 
32-bit operating system. I doubt you can have both the 64-bit and 32-bit 
versions installed on a 64-bit server at the same time so I doubt your question 
would come into play. Of course, if you have a test RHL box to play around 
with, try installing both, then you will know.
