We're checking if all our various software will run on both Linux and 
OpenSolaris.

I know that Networker Server and Storage Node will run on Linux, but we're 
running the Sun EBS re-brand (with licenses controlled by Oracle, not EMC).  So 
its more important that it can run on OpenSolaris to keep existing support (and 
we'd probably run it on existing Sun x64 hardware anyway).

1) Is it possible to run EBS x64 Server & SN (Sun Pkg format) on OpenSolaris?

2) Is this supported by EMC?  I'll be checking with Sun/Oracle separately.

3) Any issues involved in making this work?
