Starting with, i think, 7.4.2, if both the NetWorker server and clients are the 
same version or higher, then it does not use cluster licenses anymore.  Instead 
it uses only client connected licenses.  If the client is using an earlier 
version, then the cluster license is still used.  This is documented in the 
release notes.

The SQL module license is used only when backing up SQL server (virtual or 
physical).  I believe you only need one for the virtual node, and doesn't 
matter how many physical nodes the cluster has.
