Sorry forgot to mention Gov agency, no budget this year to do any disk to disk. 
 I have a DL3D in another enviroment I also manage, it really helped Networker 
all the way around, went from 73% to 95% sucess without any other changes. I 
need the best NO Budget thoughts.
