The weird thing? Only one of those cluster resources is taking up a
regular client license - the others are listed in "Workstation".
WORKSTATION CLIENT TYPES
DOS: 0
Macintosh: 0
OS/2: 0
Windows 3.1x: 0
Windows 95: 0
Windows NT Workstation: 1
UX/4800: 0
Others: 0
Defined Clients: pssql1, pssql2, pssql3, pssql5,
So I will re-phrase my question - why are these cluster resources using a
"workstation client type" license, and not a regular client license?
That's what threw me - only 1 cluster resource used a regular client
license, the other 4 are using this "workstation client" license. I didn't
read close enough, and so phrased my question wrongly.
What's a "workstation client type" license, and why am I using so many, I
wonder?
