Hi,

    In case the indexs are disappearing regularly for this client then this 
might be because of multiple clientid's being assigned to the same client. You 
can confirm this by uing the following mminfo commands, 

mminfo -avot -q client=client_shortname -r clientid
mminfo -avot -q client=client_FQDNname -r clientid
