Hi everyone,

A couple of months ago I conducted a survey into NetWorker usage amongst 
mailing list members, and was pleased with the level of responses I got. I'd 
like to think the subsequent report was of value to many NetWorker users.

Now it's that time to ask a few questions again, and I've put a new survey 
together asking people to rate EMC's NetWorker technical support.

The survey is very short, and should take 2 minutes or less to complete. You 
can fill it in completely anonymously, or you can choose to provide contact 
details if you'd like to discuss parts of the survey in greater detail.
