Does not look like your scanner was successful at all. Can you do a saveset 
recovery using the SSID you scanned in. Too many errors in that scanner command 
to feel comfortable trying for browsable or saveset recovery.

how do you do this?

See chapter 13 of the NetWorker Administration guide, specifically
"Recovering by save set selection".  Save set recovery allows you to
bypass the client file index completely.
