Hi All,

 

Backup of a 58 GB Oracle dump to local disk fails, whenever Networker tries
to back it up it says "completed" on between 30 - 38GB .  The saveset then
moves to "Waiting to run" it either then fails after an hour or 2 or it has
to be stopped.

 

The Networker server is a Solaris / Sparc / 64bit, v7.4.3

The client is Windows 2003 Sp2 64bit, v7.4.4

 

We have tried to copy the data onto another 64bit Windows server and it
seems to have the same problem.  When copying the data to a 32bit server and
doing the backup there it backs up without any errors.

 

Does anybody have ideas what could be causing this?
