...doesn't appear that way, though:

On the client:

# df -k /u01
Filesystem            kbytes    used   avail capacity  Mounted on
/dev/vx/dsk/oracledg/u01
                     3932128 2666432  872484    76%    /u01

That's about 2.5 GB used, more or less.


On the backup server:

# mminfo -ar 'client,name,sumsize,totalsize,level,sscreate' \
  -q 'client=cl1,name=/u01,level=full' -t '7 days ago'

 client    name                    size      total       lvl created
cl1        /u01                    1185 MB   1214357944 full 03/13/10

That shows about 1.x GB, from both sumsize and totalsize... ?
