You forgot the -t <timestamp> for incremental backups.
Param that is computed by savegrp (last full or diff to 
compare to) and passed to client's nsrexecd
when starting automatically the save cmd on the client side.

So, incr is full-like in size.

Whether you flag it as an incremental or not, NetWorker will still treat it
as a manual backup, which is everything in the given path.

In fact, as of 7.5, you'll find that if you try to run a manual save command
with a level included, the command will be rejected.

If you truly want to reliably run an incremental backup, run it out of a
group.

(NB: I haven't got around to testing whether you can get around this by
specifying a "last backup time" as well as the level, but I suspect that
won't work anymore either.)
