Browse time cannot be after retention time.

C:\>nsrmm -S 3454667221 -w 01/10/2010
Cannot exceed the browse time of a recoverable save set 3454667221

Increase retention time too :

C:\>nsrmm -S 3454667221 -w 01/10/2010 -e 01/10/2010

Should be ok afterwards. You normally have to extend browse/retent
before scanner/nsrck'ing for seeing the effects.

When I try to change the browse time I get the following. When I tried
to do nsrck after a time it came back with an error for
authentication..which I attributed to the password change.

C:\>nsrmm -S 3454667221 -w 01/10/2010
Cannot exceed the browse time of a recoverable save set 3454667221

What happens when you try?

If you read the release notes for NetWorker 7.6 (yup, 7.6) and search
for
LGTsc12672, does the issue they list there correspond to what you're
seeing?
