Can you check when was the last backup taken for this client.
Also if u know what time backup started please refer to daemon.log/raw it
should tell why full backup was started even after supplying -l incr option.
Most probable cause can be that there was no full backup with client indexes.

Hi,
Last night one of the admin wanted to do an incr backup before his upgrade
and time constraint. So I gave in him the command to push the backup to the
Server. But looks like it did a full backup.
Save –vv –s lgtobackup –c seats –LL D:\xxxx\ -g Default –l incr -w month –y
