My apologies for this off-topic posting, but the word needs to be spread.

Allowing Oracle to control MySQL is a huge mistake. The governments of all 
relevant countries should require that Oracle either sell Oracle to another 
company such as Apple or HP or spin it off into a separate independent 
organization. To allow Oracle to have MySQL is totally anti-competitive; it 
does not serve the interest of software developers and software consumers. If
