[Networker] Using scanner to recover bootstrap?

1. Can scanner be used to do an OS independent version of mmrecovbetween two different OS without having to scan every tape in yourinventory?

2. Can you scan just the last bootstrap and somehow recover that to thenew server OS to get around the limitation of mmrecov when recoveringmedia database from a different OS?

I'm thinking 'no', and that for every tape that you wanna have in thenew OS's media database, you'd have to individually scan it. Way too many.

3. Has anyone actually seen any corruption between moving media databasefrom other Unix to Linux? Guess it's hard to know if everything appearsto be working.
