Try using a Domain Admin account for logging into the share while running the
backup. In our case, we have not made the share visible on the client by
mapping it as a drive.
In the client configuration. goto "Apps&Modules" -> "Access". In the field
provided, enter the domain admin username (domain\username)and password. this
is assuming the filer is in the same domain as well. then for saveset enter the
share path using this format: \\share
see if it works.
