To get access to a cumulative fix, you'll need to contact EMC support and 
request it.

7.5.1.2 is now a bit "dated" when it comes to cumulative patches. If you're 
already running 7.5.1, you may want to request 7.5.1.5, as there's a bug in 
7.5.1.6 that prevents NMC launching properly if you've upgraded from 7.5.1. 
(Alternatively, there's a workaround available that support should be able to 
provide you if they would prefer to supply you 7.5.1.6 instead.)

The fix should still be in 7.5.1.2/7.5.1.6 --- I'm fairly certain I tested one 
of those versions, but I'm currently using other versions in my lab so can't 
readily confirm for you.
