I've used "VSS:*=off" with Win2003 clients, and am able to use the ALL 
parameter (i.e., I did not have to list all drives individually).

This is with NW 7.4.2 on a Win2003 32-bit server, but the clients have 
been both 32 and 64 bit Win2003.
