I have a similar problem, same setup with win 2000, citrix etc

My error

7162:save: save of SYSTEM STATE:\ to backis1 failed

Answer from EMC when trying to get support is simply: Citrix is not supported

I will try to do the backup of the client with disabled av (Not trend micro 
though)
