[Networker] Unable to save systemstate\registry\software

Hello all,
I am new at this forum and i´m searching quite long for the reason for that
issue.
We got a Windows 2000 Server which is also TS and Citrix Server.
During backup legato networker got a problem that it can´t save the registry
key software in systemstate\registry.
Thsi error message occur:
SYSTEM STATE:\ Registry - Cannot save Registry key SOFTWARE: 0x00000000
SYSTEM STATE:\ Registry - Error saving
SYSTEM STATE:\ save: RPC error: RPC cannot encode arguments
I also tested it with NTBackup and I got also the message that this registry
key could not be saved because the key could not be opened.
Things I did already:
- Update Legato Client to 7.4 SP4
- stopped the Hive Cleanup service
- Server reboot
- deleting the temp files of legato
- saving systemstate with ntbackup
all without luck.
What can I do ?
