Hi Davina,

Are you using the same username for all the sessions that log in to the 
console or does everybody have there own login credentials?

One of our colleagues experienced this issue during training. Each trainee 
had NMC installed on their desktops to a central server and they all 
logged in with the administrator account and they experienced the same 
issue that you describe. The way they fixed this was to create an account 
for each trainee and let each user login with a unique id and this solved 
the problem.
