Nope, no dice for me, on 7.4.4. NSRADMIN seems to process a wild card, but not
finding any clients by a regex anyway:

$ nsradmin -i - <<AA

Current query set
No resources found for query:
                        name: tor*;
                        type: nsr client;
$ nsradmin -i - <<AA

Current query set
No resources found for query:
                        name: tor*;
                        type: nsr client;
$ nsradmin -i - <<AA

Current query set
                        name: torXXX;
