Yes, the label a volume pane always displays with "Default" as the default media pool. I agree that one could expect the media pool to be the current media pool for the volume you are re-labeling. However, that's not the design decision that was made. The decision that was made makes sense because if you use nsrjb to label a tape and do not specify the media pool, it goes into Default. So, it's consistent.

On media volume I have volume with appendable and used 0. But expiration is not 
date but disabled. Is it something wrong with my procedure?

One of two things come to mind here. Immediately after a volume has been labeled and until the first saveset is written to it, there is no expiration date set -- so it is disabled. The second possibility is that you checked the "allow manual recycle" check-box -- and so there is no expiration date possible (Manual).
