You could enter the devices manually, but in this case it will have no
effect.

It's not solaris in this case. The 'u' device is just as visible as
'c', but Networker's not choosing to use it.

However, those two devices will always be the same, regardless of drive
type. Solaris only has four density specifications. You might think of
them as (l)ow, (m)edium, (h)igh, and (u)ltra. For a given drive they
might be the same or different. But the extra moniker (c), is just
another name for (u).

You can see this if you notice the devices are just symlinks, and (u)
and (c) point at the same device. For instance:

# ls -lL /dev/rmt/0?bn
crw------- 1 root sys 33,990 Feb 11 2006 /dev/rmt/0cbn
crw------- 1 root sys 33,982 Feb 11 2006 /dev/rmt/0hbn
crw------- 1 root sys 33,966 Feb 11 2006 /dev/rmt/0lbn
crw------- 1 root sys 33,974 Feb 11 2006 /dev/rmt/0mbn
crw------- 1 root sys 33,990 Feb 11 2006 /dev/rmt/0ubn
