I inherited the following system: weekly sets (AWF, BWF, CWF, DWF), and
month-end sets. The month ends are in the form: AP9, MY9, JN9, JL9, etc.
Two letters for month, and a digital for year. Then for both weeklies and
month-ends there's a sequence number going from 001 to whatever.

The first three characters (AWF, BWF, MY9) are one colour, the digits are
white on black. This way it's easy to see what type of tape it is, and
easy to ready the sequence number.

Don't get labels that have a different colour for each character ('A's
always red; 'B's, blue; '1's, fusia; etc.) : it makes it difficult to
read, and impossible to scan things at a distance.
