To back up CCR data, you need the NetWorker Module for Microsoft
Applications, not the Exchange module. I cannot vouch for that module though
because I don't have experience with it, other than trying it in a test
environment. I am also not sure if it is supported with NetWorker 7.2.2.
On the other hand, if you just want to back up the Exchange active data,
then the standard Exchange module on Mercury2 and Mercury 4 will work.
You will also need a cluster license for Windows, although the need for that
particular license will go away once you upgrade to NetWorker 7.5.x

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, this is kind of a rush job because
although I knew it was coming I didn't expect it until after Memorial Day then
they told me Wednesday I need to start backing this up. I just want to get a
basic backup going and I'll clean it up when I do the upgrade in a week or two.
I have some follow up questions.
Do I need to run the exchange backup on both Mercury2 and Mercury4 or will it
be sufficient temporarily to just backup one of them since they replicate each
other?
Is the CCR data a separate thing from the Exchange data or does it include it?
In other words if I get the Microsoft Applications Module does it obviate the
need for the Exchange license and backup?
Can I get away with backing up the Cluster members without a cluster license by
treating them as stand alone systems or will NetWorker simply refuse to back
them up without the cluster license because they are clustered?
