We are experiencing a few issues as well. All are random occurrences
and we haven't gotten around to see if there is a fix yet.

1) some savegroups "hang" with the server getting stuck on the ADD index.
    when we kill the "ADD index" processes, the group pick up from
where it left off and continues to completion
2) some savegroups just "hang" and need to be aborted

The one thing that really suprised us was networker issuing 1 or 2
resets to the library adding 20 to 40 minutes until is was uesable.
