It means you cannot restore this file or files because they could not be
opened by the backup process...
Two ways to get around this:
1. Purchase open file manager for Networker - this allows you to backup
files opened by other processes...
2. Shutdown or temporarily stop the process that has the file open
during the backup window so Networker is able to open the file.
