Hi,
We have done an upgrade from Netowrker 7.2 build 172 to Networker 7.4 Sp4. We 
are continuously getting the tape drive error for our one of the offsite 
windows storage node. I uninstalled the old storage node software and installed 
back the new Networker storage node software in server. But still iam getting 
the error. I am not able to take any inventory or mount or even label the 
tapes.  But its showing the information of the tapes as when inventory was 
taken before the upgrade. But i can see the backup running succesfully for the 
tape which is already mounted in the Tape Drive. But I cannot unmount that tape 
from the tape drive. When I checked the operations monitoring tab I can see two 
errors being repeated every minute. The error details given below :
