Could you confirm what NetWorker server version you're running?
There was a bug in some recent NME modules around groups not completing. NME 5.1-SP1 fixed the client end, but the server needs to be at 7.3.4 (or the equivalent in 7.4.X) for the fix to be complete. Think this was brought about because the module was written against 7.4 server, and the required code wasn't in the 7.3 server at the time (so they put it into 7.3.4).
