Assuming you started the clone operation manually, the most
straightforward way of stopping it (other than a seek-and-destroy
mission on the PID) is to use the Admin GUI. Go to the Monitoring
window, display the Monitoring drop-down menu and select "Show Manual
Clone History". The running clone job will be shown in a pop-up window
and you can kill it from there.
