Ideally, the Console Manager should be run on a different system

I set up the NMC on a Vmware Linux system several months ago after
running
it on my Solaris 10 NetWorker server for over a year.
Would it be possible to run the Console Manager in a Solaris 10 zone?
I'm pretty sure the master server itself has to be a global-zone
instance, but if you only want to use one physical machine, can you
spoof the NMC with zones?
Zones work on both x86 and SPARC (it's software virtualization that
works at the kernel-level for those unfamiliar with it).
