We are currently having the same message on one of our HP UX 11 servers.

We get this message when the nsrexecd deamon is started.

We don't see any problem with this, though we are having problem doing a 
restore of this client. I don't know if that problem relates this error.

The client seems to backing up fine for the most part, although this
morning it was the only client in a group that failed. I stopped /
restarted the daemon on the client, and have re-started the group and
it's now running its save-sessions....
