Not that I'm aware.

But there are some cases where you can avoid the time.  If you have the
old server (or plan for this case), you can use mminfo to print the
locations of the savesets.

Then if this is a unix server and a unix saveset, you can use that data
and scanner to directly recover the saveset immediately rather than a
scan pass followed by a recover pass.

I don't know a way to do the same thing to a remote client or for a
different filesystem architecture.  I suppose it might be possible to
pull the stream from the media on the master, then push the stream
manually to the client for recovery.  That's a really annoying
alternative to just doing a normal recovery over the network.
