I just got tripped up by this. In 7.4.4 the Read Hostname in the jukebox is supposed to be BLANK!

I have a jukebox that has one storage node with three tape drives, so in 7.3.2 days, I set the Read Hostname to that storage node so tapes would preferentially be mounted there for recovers from tape volumes.

Well, we upgraded to 7.4.4 on Monday and yesterday, we had a large recover that needed a tape volume and four advanced file type devices (AFTDs). The tape mounted on the Read Hostname storage node and then NetWorker had a hissy fit repeatedly requesting the first AFTD be mounted on this storage node and then cancelling the request.

The solution from EMC (apparently others have already hit this) was to blank the Read Hostname value in the Jukebox definition and set the environment variable "FORCE_REC_AFFINITY=yes".

I'm not completely sure that the FORCE_REC_AFFINITY=yes environment variable is needed, but I have had enough recycles of the networker server this week.
