Actually, there is a subtle difference - nsrstage can clone to any
pool, while nsrclone can clone to pools which are of type 'backup clone'
only. This limitation has some implications when you try to implement
delayed staging from aftd using nsrclone (instead of nsrstage).
As far as I'm aware, there is no way using nsrstage to wind up with N+1
copies -- you either get the original deleted or the new copy is marked
as unusable (suspect, aborted). Thereby, you always end an nsrstage
operation with the same number of copies you started with. Well,
actually, it is possible to end up with N-1 copies -- if the copy that
is chosen to be staged winds up being unreadable and getting marked
"suspect".
