Hi James,
I had a similar situation. What you are seeing are unexpired savesets
that were backed up from that client. Once their retention period is
exceeded they will disappear from the indexes. You could use nsrmm to
expire or delete these savesets or do it the hard way through the NMC
with repeated use of 'remove oldest cycle' in the 'index save sets'
window.
