If you put in override this statement:

Full Every Two Weeks Friday

It will give you desired results. You can change the day to Monday or any other 
if that is what you want by replacing "Friday".

This will not work exactly as requested. This will backup 24 times a 
year, rather than the 26 times that is expected. When a month has 5 
Fridays in it, the last Friday will be missed, and there will be a 3 
week gap.
