Hello,
Just reuse the same client id, delete the existing client, re-create with
appropriate index path and remove the duplicate index, make a backup of
this index just in case.

Subject
Combining Client Indexes

I created a new client for a renamed client and wanted to use the existing
client index. I copied the client ID from the old client to the new
client, but when I created the new client I let Networker create the index
instead of specifying the old client index location. Now I have an index
for the old client and one for the new. Can I some how join these
together?
