tape drive : service mode

Yes I am using IBM LTO 3 tape drives.
64D0 is the current firmware version.

Is there a support for MS persistent bindnig hotfixes in networker 7.4?

Should I enable persistent binding from SANsurfer for the networker server
and all the storage nodes ?
