Hello,
I personally, feel that EMC is spending too much effort to push Avamar 
integration, instead they should try to close the Gap with most desired 
features in backup product keeping it vendor neutral.
I.e Enhancement with Dedupe, multiple copy\clone, robust vmware support, 
enhanced DR\replication, clustered dB, simplify device management & 
trouble free module integration along with one stop archiving 
capabilities.
