Does it throw 'read open error' ? Looks like a drive order problem on the
backup server, likely a case of persistent binding issue on Win2K server for
LTO drives.
Did you try to reset the library? nsrjb -HEv command or from NMC.
If it doesn't 'work', re-configuring the library using NMC might be the easy
way at this point. If problem re-appears, look for tape drive drivers and
persistent binding config on the OS.
