Is this a directive you created on the server or have you created a directive file on the client?

The problem I see (assuming it is on the server) is the missing "+" in front of the skip directive... So, it should be

   +skip: *.ldf *.mdb *.LDF *.MDB

The + makes all subdirectories of / inherit the directive.

But I am getting the following warning messages
<WARNING> : File U:\SQL\Logs\EeaLog.ldf could not be opened and was not backed
up. (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.)

Is it something wrong with the directive ?

Any suggestions ?

Thanks
