Hello,
Could you elaborate on your backup environment, have you tried to run this
client while there is no other backup actively with higher debug level ?

Subject
SYSTEM DB inactivity timeout

Hi People,

We are currently running NetWorker 7.2 build 494 on a win 2k3 SP1 server.
We are backing up a Win2k3 SP2 client with NW 7.2 build 494 client and all

works fine apart from time to time we get this:

SYSTEM DB:\ exceeded inactivity timeout, aborting

The only way to fix this is to re-boot the machine.

We have increased the inactivity timeout but this only prolongs the
failure.

Also the FS is not that big so I dont think the traversing is really a
problem.

Usually the SYSTEM DB only takes 1 min to backup.

I am inclined to think that the issue in on the client side.

Has anyone seen this before?
