Ahh... that may be a problem. My server's client parallelism was set to
2 for some reason. Not sure why... I'm fairly sure that this setting
was either ignored before the upgrade or changed as a part of the
upgrade. I run LAN free backups via the server and definitely run more
than 2 in parallel. Weird. I've upped it to 30 for now... I'll report
back.

I have a open issue with #4. When I was running 7.4.2 I did not see this
being a problem. The problem is still occurring but its sporadic. There
suggestion was to up the parallelism for the server client. In our case
