If you're moving the tape to 'recyclable' yourself, then that means
you're expiring data earlier than your retention period.  Perhaps that
means that you want to drop your retention periods or you want to
purchase more tapes so you can keep your retention period.

After you make the tapes 'recyclable', it still doesn't use it?
