[Networker] Media Info suggest manually labeling a new writable volume

Ok let me get this straight. I right click on a tape, hit label, select my
target pool ex filesystem then i hit ok. I do notice a allow manual recycle
button at the bottom but that is unchecked. This is how I usually label my
tapes.
