Hey John, here is the solution.
Create a .txt file with the following content:
print type:NSR
print type:NSR device
print type:NSR client
print type:NSR directive
print type:NSR group
print type:NSR jukebox
print type:NSR label
print type:NSR license
print type:NSR notification
print type:NSR operation status
print type:NSR policy
print type:NSR pool
print type:NSR schedule

Then execute the command nsradmin with these parameters:

nsradmin -i input.txt (this file you created above) > output.txt

That´s it, you´ll have the output.txt with all the Networker configurations.
