We just added a couple more volumes to our NDMP backups. All of a
sudden, when the NDMP backups are running the \NSR\TMP directory starts
filling up and sucking up all of the free hard drive space. Currently,
Networker is installed on the C: drive so running out of drive space
would be (to use a technical term) BAD!

How far will Networker go with this? Will it take all of the free space
or will it stop after a point ? We got down to 200MB free at which point
we stopped the job and the free space jumped back up to nearly 4 GB.

Do I need to move Networker to another drive? I don't want to move it if
it's still going to suck another drive dry as well.

We're running NW 7.4.2 on Windows 2003 Enterprise Ed SP2 with 5GB RAM. C
Drive is a 9.8GB volume currently with 3.46GB free. E Drive is a 24GB
volume currently with 13.5GB free.

As for the NDMP vols we just added, I was told "they're not too big",
but now I have my doubts. I'm waiting to find out how big they are.

I'm not liking Networker today!
