Can anybody tell me if networker has an equivalent to Veritas Netbackups robtest ? In Netbackup using Robtest you could move a cartridge from a specific slot into a specific device and tar to it if you wanted, just to check that a) the cart moves to the correct device and b) the device was writing OK.

Check out the documentation for sjimm.

It can be used to move cartridges around in the library without using nsrjb.

Cheers,

Preston.
